2. User Accounts

• Registration: To use most features, you must register for an account, which can be done via Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is offered under different subscription plans, including a free tier and paid tiers ("Creator," "Pro").

• Plans: Each plan has specific limits on the number of channels you can process, videos per channel, and queries per month. These limits are detailed on our pricing page.
• Billing: For paid plans, you will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent cycles.

4. User Content and Responsibilities

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the YouTube channel URLs you provide to the Service.
• Responsibility for Content: By submitting a YouTube channel URL to the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content. You agree not to submit content that infringes on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.
• Service's Use of Content: You grant YoppyChat AI a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and store the publicly available data (such as video transcripts, titles, and descriptions) from the YouTube channels you provide for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• AI-Generated Content: The answers provided by the AI are generated based on the content of the YouTube videos. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the AI. The Service is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice.
• "AS IS" Service: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
